The common vessels are bowls, round-bottomed or with three short legs; deep, wide-mouthed jars; pots with two tiny lugs; caldrons with three or four legs (ding); and, in settlements of the Cishan culture, straight-walled, flat-bottomed jars (yu) and flat-topped, hollow pot supports."
