In spite of the plan’s detractors—including President Donald Trump who has characterized both Obamacare and Bidencare as “socialized medicine,” Biden’s plan may be a case of repackaging a plan that already exists.

Even if Congress cannot pass Medicare for All – they are destined to make a serious effort in passing BidenCare – which is a “public option” where citizens can opt into Medicare.

Mr. Biden supports expanding the Affordable Care Act and creating a public option — a plan he has nicknamed Bidencare.
