(Always buy a bra a cup size smaller--if you follow the manufacturer's measurements, you will look and feel quite underendowed. C-cuppers look much better wearing a B-cup bra. Off the rack stuff is made for B-cuppers and C-cuppers. A D-cupper can squeek in. Below B, a GG normally would use breast enhancers--not entirely for vanity, but so that the dress will drape properly in front.

C'-cuppers look nice. In fact, women's clothing is designed and sewn for B-cupper and C-cupper's. BBW's (Big Beautiful Women, and they are so beautiful by being so huggable and kissable--that's their favorite indoor and outdoor sport), they're the ones with the problems--they have to go to specialty dress shops.
