Eu15

For the EU15 the magnitude of emissions for CO, NH₃ and SO₂ has generally decreased in the 2004 reporting round with respect to 2002 reports.

Initially, calculations were carried out for EU15 plus Poland and Estonia, while the figures for "Other countries" are scaled by a Population factor to cover the EU25.
