And Pootin's government workers are rebelling over the threat to their grannies because they love Linux more than grannies, but grannies are more important than Pootin. Novachooking Pootin and anyone who mentions Windopws^([sic]) is one option being considered by rebels in St. Pootersberg.

St. Petersberg is to be cleared of all Linux users unless they want their knobs novachooked and the city is to be renamed St. Pootiberg demands Pootin who is distant relative of Raspootin.

Pootin is always threatening the planet with nuclear annihilation, but it may not come in the form of rockets but rather typical Russian stupidity.
