If the programmer can determine the particular file that was being accessed and that caused the Abend, or was in core at the time of the Abend, the solution would be closer at hand.

ABEND when translated means i had a VERY crappy 5 day weekend and now i am WAY behind at work and i won't be around for awhile till i catch up.

Unfortunately she is ABEND. Some of us Jackals have been taking turns filling in during her absence.
