Accountabilibuddy

If you've set up a Creative Support Team, then you probably already have an accountabilibuddy, whether you know it or not (and if not, it's fun to say aloud, no?).

The exerciser may commit to exercising five times per week for six months. If they succeed, the accountabilibuddy may donate to a charity that the exerciser supports.

You have higher chances of completing a goal if you commit to it with someone. That's why I am asking you to find an 'accountabilibuddy.
