Airboater

While I have not done any study, from my personal experience as an airboater and as an aeronautical engineer, I do not believe that it is possible to meet the proposed noise limitations with an air boat propeller blade, regardless of the power source.

After getting up to track a suspicious airboater, I went back to my camp, climbed back into my hammock, put another log on the fire, and slept the rest of the night (what was left of it!).

We paddled on, and by the time we got the boats hauled up on the bar, a few hundred yards down, the airboater had fired up his motor and roared off.
