Antiaphrodisiac

Water-purslan, cucumbers, even a drink of water have all been estimated, at various times, to be conducive to anti-aphrodisiac feelings.

The males of other insects try to keep their mates faithful by daubing them with an antiaphrodisiac pheromone, a scent that mixes with the female's own scent and makes her less attractive to other males.

A unique anti-aphrodisiac was the heart of a turtle carried in a wolf's skin. It prevented a person from ever being tempted amorously.
