Anticoagulative

Following the ATLS principle “treat first what kills first”, the patient should be stabilized initially, sites of hemorrhage should be abolished quickly (i.e. fracture stabilization with external fixator, etc.) and the anticoagulative therapy should be initiated as soon as possible.
