Antiliver

In these experimental variants the following results were obtained : 1. Attempts at antiskin autologous immunization and antikidney, antiliver and antispleen homologous immunization with normal organs yielded negative results.

Antiliver antibodies were found in very few animals during isolation, and the relevant indices showed no significant differences from those in the controls (see Fig. 2).

It indicates that the action mechanism of FZHY antiliver fibrosis may be. associated with modulation of proteins associated with metabolism and stress response, as well as myofibroblast activation.
