Butt looks great in a bikini? Take a 'belfie'.

Send him a belfie with the words 'kiss' and 'my' on each cheek, and good riddance to him.

Take several “before” pictures of your whole body and include a “belfie” (butt selfie) the day before you start the program. Do it from different angles — front, side, and back.
