Thiel is not alone in his interest in a Trump victory: Marc Andreessen, Ben Horowitz, and more recently, Elon Musk are fellow MAGA broligarch bedfellows.

No one is denying that there would be an administrative burden to enforcing a regular tax on unrealized capital gains, as some assets would surely be challenging to value annually, but it wouldn’t be as hard as broligarchs and other pundits make it out to be.

President Trump listens to a lot of voices, and he will think it over, and then he’ll make a decision. And clearly, the tech broligarchs have, because of their ability to get in there, and I consider the Inauguration Day like they’re on display, like on the deck of the battleship Missouri.

And there is 'First Buddy' Elon Musk, one of the billionaire broligarchs who stand to benefit from his presidency.

Given his evident sympathy for broligarch visionaries like Andreessen, I can’t help wondering how a “successful” religion might align with the theology of a Vance or a Peter Thiel, two other disgruntled meritocrats who’ve fused Christianity with techno-capitalism.
