Everyone is required to sit for new headshots, to write exhaustively and shamelessly about themselves, to collect links to their TV clips and old articles, their author pages and personal websites, all this content shoveled onto the heaping pile of the magazine's redesigned website, trying to make personalities out of staff, to celebritize themselves, puffing out their chests to appear more relevant, less shut-down-able.
