Concerning the two major fragments of m/z 231.2 and 145.1 from the single-charged rivaroxaban ion (m/z 436.1), it was suggested that these fragments were obtained by cleavage of the oxazolidinone and the chlorothiophene amide moiety, respectively [23 ].
