Cineramic

It is legitimate to ask whether it is the cinerama [Copjec's term to denote the combination of panoptic and cinematic] or the cineramic argument which positions the subject through an identification with an anonymous gaze.

What looks different was different, as this cinerama is not to be a Rashomon-like compilation of multiple views of the same goings-on. For the special case of the topographical survey above, it is a substantive condition on its cineramic presentation that the scenes culled from multiple eyewitnesses conform as above to a visual representation of the frame of reference into which they are all integrated.
