Recordings of eye movements (for details of the protocols, see Recording of eye movements ) from 68 ALS-patients including 50 patients with spinal and 18 with bulbar disease onset and 31 age- and gender-matched healthy individuals in addition to neuropsychological and cliniconeurological assessments were obtained during routine clinical examination.
