Clockroom

A radar test was carried out in the clockroom to study the state of preservation of the masonry as well as to verify if the construction technique was the same used for the external walls.

The pendulum […] is […] supported by the clock frame itself, instead of being hung on a wall, since the intention is to set the clock in the center of the clockroom, and also because the weight, forty pounds, is not too much for the clock frame to carry.
