Closed-ear

I don't know why you've decided on a closed ear model, but I would urge you to give the open construction Grado SR-225's a listen before you decide.

I've been checking out different headphones for awhile^([sic]) (I've been using Panasonic RP-HT850's which have been working out pretty well), my choice right now would be Sennheiser HD-600's, but I'd rather have a closed-ear type headphone to help prevent leaking sound in and out.

The closed-ear design provides ample protection from sound leakage during podcast recording.
