Why is it that a woman always thinks that the most savage thing she can say to a man is to impugn his cocksmanship?

It plays as elegant, for the most part—or at least as elegant as can be imagined when you've got Euron Greyjoy trying to rate his cocksmanship against Cersei's late husband and brother.
