Counter-meet

It may be that if in the Written Statement any positive averment or statement of fact was found regarding short delivery and the circumstances in which the Defendants were unable to give complete delivery to the Plaintiffs, then the Plaintiffs could have led some evidence to counter-meet the statements made in the Written Statement.
