Crosspeaks

Interestingly, the well-dispersed crosspeaks arising from the TTAI-bound state appear to have narrower linewidths than those from the apo-state, suggesting that the binding of TTAI reduces the overall conformational lability of the protein, which is consistent with the increased kinetic stability revealed by the IM-MS data.
