Cruffin

"There are cruffins," I said, finally picking one up for myself. "We're not going anywhere."

For something lighter, the Chelsea buns are delightfully sticky, and you can also get your hands on a cruffin (yes, part croissant, part sourdough, part muffin).

I've given up on finding the next hot hybrid; the world doesn't need more cruffins or sconssants or any other Frankenpastry.
