Cryo-processing

During Sept/Oct. hearings in Saint John, the National Energy Board also learned of Tenneco's conviction that the special tankers carrying 25 Gg of Algerian LNG could best unload at Tiner Point in Bay of Fundy rather than at Sears Island, Me, Lauzon, Que, and Canso, N.S. Dome Pete's track record gives support to the belief that Saint John could become a major centre for petrochemicals and cryo-processing.

In the course of autoradiographic processing, the number of silver grains scored over the same surface of the predentine was smaller after cryo-processing than after aldehyde fixation .

Thus, cryo-processing was used for fixation (see Fig. 5).
