A major difference between Apple and other companies in bringing AI to the masses is that Cupertino is more open to partnerships—such as the one it has with OpenAI. The idea is that Apple will combine its own machine learning models with generative AI technologies from partners to power features within Apple Intelligence.

Sure enough, there are dozens of Cupertinos to be found in online documents from the UN, EU, NATO, and other international organizations.
