Cytoimmunofluorescence

As shown on supplemental data (S5 and S6 Figs) C2C12 myoblasts that underwent fusion expressed MHC. The largest myotubes with extensive cytoimmunofluorescence were observed in cultures treated with insulin [10 nM], or LiCl [5 mM], or when insulin was administered with LiCl. No detectable green light from myosin sarcomere protein was noticed in LY294002 treated cultures.
