Data-phobic

A light-hearted diagnosis can take place by asking staff members to give themselves a 1-10 rating, with the low of 1 described as "data-phobic" and the high of 10 describing your own school's "Data Dude" or "Data Diva.

Ingram et al. (2004) found that teachers are not “data-phobic” but rather lack the experience of working with data.
