Deep-throated

Kalman started yelling some deep-throated gibberish.

Once though the station the deep-throated exhaust of G.C.R. engines, and particularly the "Directors", could be heard in ascending crescendo as the drivers opened out to take the gradient.

This beautiful creature seems indeed to be a “winged jewel” as it hangs poised in midair before a deep-throated flower, and the next instant flashes out of sight
