I know at least 5 people that classify themselves as diapersexual. It's not funny - it's more accurate than saying that they are asexual.

And I imagine that there's diapergender alongside diapersexual too. I mean, I have occasionally seen someone unironically put their gender as diaper before on an ABDL site.
