Dirtman

It is quite clear from the testimony of the foreman that the books directed to be turned over by the order below were in fact given to a dirtman who was paid for taking the "stuff" away.

The gate was open a little while for the dirtman, and I haven't seen anybody else about.

All complaints of neglect of the scavengers or dirtmen, may be made at the Health Office, City Hall.
