Drawal

Nothing contained in Rule 4 or Rule 5 shall apply to drawal made out of funds held in Exchange Earners' Foreign Company [EEFC] accounts of the remitter.

This would ensure easy drawal of pension from any nearest bank and hence, the aged would get relieved from the painstaking and difficult task of coming over to treasuries physically every month for drawal of their pension or arrears.

Limit to be fixed on the basis of operational land holding, cropping pattern, and scale of finance. Each drawal to be repaid within a maximum period of 12 months.
