Drizzleable

If the caramel becomes too hard, let stand at room temperature until it warms up to a drizzleable state. Drizzle the maple mixture over the bars while they are still in the pan or after you have sliced and removed them from the pan.

South of the border this type of salsa is generally quite smooth, easily drizzleable and quite spicy — perfect for dashing on soft tacos or stirring into soup.
