Eigensample

The expression level of every gene in an eigensample is given in matrix U, and the expression level of every eigengene in each sample is given in matrix Vᵀ.

To obtain the eigensamples which contain the characteristic structure of the gene expression data, matrix X is decomposed into W (the product of U and D) and VT by using SVD, where W is the collection of all the eigensamples [8, 15]
