Electroformation

Chloroform was removed by applying nitrogen gas to the electroformation chamber followed by incubation at 95°C for 5 min, and subsequently filled with 800 μL of a 200 mM sucrose solution containing Alexa Fluor 488 and Alexa Fluor 633 hydrazide in a 1:1 ratio.
