Endoarabinanase

100 μl reactions were carried out containing equal volumes of buffered substrate (pH 4.5) and suitably diluted culture filtrate which were then incubated at 40°C for 1 h in the case of the endoarabinanase, endo-1,4-β-glucanase and endo-1,4-β-xylanase activities and 16 h for the endo-1,4-β-galactanase and rhamnogalacturonan activities.
