How many countries does the Euphrates river cross?

Two major rivers, the Tigris and Euphrates, run through Iraq.

The Tigris and Euphrates start in Turkey and flow through or by Syria and Iraq.

And the name of the third river is Tigris: the same passeth along by the Assyrians. And the fourth river is Euphrates.
