Farebox

We are keeping our eye on contradictions in fare collection–members have noticed uniformed collectors on Nearly light rail at the same time buses run with papered-over fareboxes–given the recent fare increase, we wonder why collections does not seem to be uniformly enforced.

What makes it worse is that since the Southern Thameslink and Great Northern deal is a management contract, all the farebox money goes to the government.
