Feminalism

Unlike feminism, then, feminalism is able to capture the range of ideologies associated with females, much as masculinism does for ideologies associated with males.

The degree of masculinism and feminalism varies, but in most political systems most of the time, masculinism prevails and permeates the context of power.

Leaders can adopt a feminalist approach without advocating feminism, but feminists generally endorse feminalism as it invites more participatory governance and engaging leadership.
