Fyllo

Spread half the spinach mixture over the fyllo.

That enormous table, used primarily during holidays or when Mother pulled the soft mound of fyllo dough to paper thinness, was our study hall nightly.

Pour the mixture over the fyllo and bake in a pre-heated medium oven until the surface is lightly browned.

As soon as the cream thickens, pour it over the fyllo sheets.
