The Cynthia (Grapefruitini)

This year’s cocktail is my Ruby Grapefruitini: a simple gin and soda cocktail topped with a slice of bruleed grapefruit. The star of this drink is theSipp Sparkling Organics Ruby Rose soda. It’s a complex concoction of organic grapefruit, rosemary, and a touch of honey—in a word—sublime!
