Homoplasiously

In contrast to most archosaurs, but as in other somphospondylans (Fig 6), Europasaurus (unpub. data) and, homoplasiously, most coelurosaurian theropods, the abducens nerve passes lateral to the pituitary fossa rather than through it (Figs 4, 5A, 5B and 5D, S1 Fig ).
