Horseburger

One caveat – while the grah (hearty bean stew) is particularly good, traditional fare like horseburgers may not be to everyone's taste.

And yet... Let's be honest about the horseburger thing: public outrage is based on an essentially irrational inconsistency about which animals we eat and which we don't. Why is eating horse any different from eating cow?
