Hypotestosteronemia

This rare syndrome is characterized by hypertrichosis terminalis, coarse facies, bulbous nose, thickened lips, narrow palpebral fissures, thick intraoral mucosa, high arched eyebrows, mental retardation (not always present), large hands, hyperextensible joints, recurrent pericardial effusions and hypotestosteronemia.
