Lumbars of right and left gangliated cords, right and left lumbar splanchnic nerves, ovarian artery plexus, caudal mesenteric ganglion, cognominal plexus with coming out right and left hypogastric nerves and hysterocystic part of pelvic plexus, are identified as the sources of innervation for inner genital organs in she-dogs and cats.

If the bladder does not slide freely along the anterior uterine wall, the “sliding symptom” is considered negative, and the hysterocystic space is considered obliterated
