Jinshajiang

There are numerous spectacular views of the Jinshajiang and the 6,000-meter peaks beyond its east bank in Sichuan Province.

Baoshan is an ancient village built on the rocks above the banks of the Jinshajiang River, 115 kilometers northeast of Lijiang Prefecture in Yunnan Province.[…] The half-square-kilometer village is surrounded by cliffs and steep slopes. The Jinshajiang River borders the village to the east, and the high Maonui (Yak) mountain ridge rises to the west.
