Normally, when we see a kippah, we feel entitled to assume many other forms of observance—at least, one would suppose, eating kosher food and observing all aspects of the Sabbath. What, then, are we to make when we see a kippah'''-ed head bent over a hamburger at the local McDonalds?^([sic])
