Lob-on

She pulled me shoes and socks off and then pulled off me trousers and underpants and threw them onto the chair. I heard lads in the barrack room say that they'd had a lob-on that were so hard it hurt. Now I believed them.

He had to have a lob on to achieve that and he told her that she felt 'so good'.
