Megaspace

As Chelsea saw the arrival of ground-floor megaspaces for Pace, David Zwirner, Andrea Rosen, and Hauser & Wirth, the cost of upper-floor gallery space increased at the same time traffic decreased.

Partially backed by the Farinetti family of Eataly fame, the megaspace is made from upcycled wood, steel and iron materials and is powered by a combination of geothermal energy, mini wind-turbines and solar panels.
