For decades I believed I suffered singularly, the only child forced to eat an organic-avocado-and-artisanal-cheese sandwich on sprouted-whole-grain bread while others gorged on glories like Twizzlers and M&M’s or sandwiches floating on wondrous Wonder bread, so mesmerizingly squishy and soft.
