Metalayer

That is, each sketch has a special layer, the metalayer. Every other layer in the sketch appears as a glyph on the metalayer. The content of these glyphs is the content of the layer they depict.

Also, many companies do not possess the necessary methodology for creation of the metalayer: the enterprise-wide business architecture which uses a high level of consistency in its interfaces.
